Manage payout requests

To Send funds to your own wallet, you can create a payout request by navigating to the Payouts section under Send Payment.

• Upon a payout request created successfully, it will appear on the payout list page.

• Once a payout request has been submitted by you, you can cancel it until Speed admin team approve the payout request.

  Please note, once it is approved, you can’t cancel it.

• If your payout request has been put on hold for whatever reason, there is nothing to be done from your end wherein the speed team will connect with you for resolve the lingering issue.

• The speed team will change your payout request status from hold to in-progress or completed once issue has been resolved or if they have processed the payout request and make the payment to your wallet.
